We send your order on the following business day after it is placed.
In the case of direct deposit payments, they do not show up in our records until the following business day, in which case your order will be sent as soon as we are notified of payment.

All prices quoted on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
For shipments outside of New Zealand, the tax will be automatically deducted from the shopping cart total.
Prices are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Cheques and Money Orders
We accept cheques and money orders in New Zealand Dollars.
Orders will be shipped on receipt of funds.

Prices on this website are quoted in New Zealand dollars. If you wish to calculate prices in another currency, please refer to the currency calculator when you view your shopping cart, and on the Checkout page.
Gift Messages
To include a gift message with your purchase, use the message window on the checkout page of your shopping cart.
Pay-As-You-knit Policy
If you do not wish to buy all of the yarn to complete your project, we will reserve the balance for you for a maximum of three months from your first purchase of the same yarn. If you wish to do this, please email us at info@southseasknitting.com after you complete your initial purchase.
Any yarn from the reserve balance which is not purchased within three months of the initial purchase date will be put back into our stock.
Note: Sale yarns are excluded.
Return Policy
Unused yarn in its original condition may be exchanged for credit within 3 months of purchase. When exchanging yarn the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. The customer will receive notice of the credit with South Seas Knitting via E-mail.
Books, magazines, needles and accessories may not be exchanged but will be replaced if damaged in shipment. We will reimburse shipping costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise and will send replacement merchandise at no cost. Please include a description of the damage with
your return.
