Our flat rate shipping charges are designed to cover packaging, shipping and handling.
IF THE ACTUAL COST OF SHIPPING YOUR ORDER IS SUBSTANTIALLY LESS THAN THE AMOUNT YOU WERE CHARGED, WE WILL REFUND YOUR CREDIT CARD.
IF THE COST IS MORE THAN THE FLAT RATE WE WILL INFORM YOU OF THE DIFFERENCE AND CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR THAT AMOUNT AFTER THE PACKAGE IS SENT.

New Zealand
Our standard delivery fee within New Zealand is $8 on all yarn orders and $5 for orders containing patterns only.
Orders are delivered via NZ Post, and can be delivered to rural addresses and P.O. Boxes. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

We aim to ship the next business day after your order is placed. If there is a delay or a problem with your order you will be contacted via email.

Australia
Our standard delivery fee is NZ$15 for yarn orders, $8 for orders containing patterns only.
Orders are sent via airmail. Please allow 4 to 6 business days for delivery.

Delivery outside New Zealand or Australia
USA yarn & accessories $20, patterns $8
UK & all other countries, yarn & accessories $25, patterns $8
Packages are sent via airmail. Allow 4 to 10 business days for delivery.

Overseas customers please note:
• Due to varying shipping costs we do not ship books or magazines outside of NZ and Australia unless by prior arrangement. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
• Packages may be subject to customs duty in the destination country.These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. In some cases customs inspections may delay delivery.
